Dwight's is celebrating their 53rd year in business. Dwight Messinger opened the first Dwight's in Huntington WV at the corner of 8th street and 9th avenue. Dwights has been serving and pleasing the people of West Virgina each and every day every since.
Fresh, Fresh, Fresh is all we do. We hand pattie fresh lean ground beef for our burgers. Dwights bakes fresh cakes, and pies, and cookies. Every day we cut fresh vegetables for our giant salads, and stir fry entrees. We make our soups, and chilli, and cole slaw with all fresh ingrediants. Our Onion Rings are cut fresh and hand breaded daily.
Most everyting on our menu is prepared right on premises. We hand cut our steaks, and chops. Our cold water haddock is hand breaded. Nobody does cubed steak like Dwights. Fresh cubed steak is floured, seasoned and pan fried, then baked is a rich brown gravy till fork tender and delicious. Our meaty spaghetti sauce is prepared daily and simmered to perfecdtionn. We bake lean beef roast with fresh stew vegetables, then thin slice for our hot roast beef sandwiches, and dinners.
Breakfast is served anytime. Each day we bake biscuits, sausage gravy, and prepare the best pancake and waffle batter anywhere.
